I'll adjust the height by raising or lowering the "net" right underneath "cut". After adjusting the fonts, we'll move on to adjusting the text spacing. To adjust the text spacing, we'll select "cut" first and hit "TS" on the design wizard. Now we can adjust the spacing up and down on the left side, and left and right on the other side. I'll bring in the spacing until the "T" connects with the "U" on the top, and the "T" connects with the "E" on the bottom. Once adjusted, I'll resize both texts to eight inches and center them for perfection. Next, I'll weld each text together. I'll weld "cut" as one piece to fix any overlapping issues with the "T" and "U", and "T" and "H". Similarly, I'll weld the "net" together to make it one solid piece. Now that both texts are welded, we can add a contour to them. To add a contour, I'll select the contour tool and choose the outside contour with an offset of around .15 for this design.
